The HR Generalist will be in charge of overseeing the human resource requirements of a well-established healthcare organization in the lower mainland. The main responsibilities will include Employee Relations, Recruitment & Retention, as well as Training and Development for unionized employees. The position will report to the HR Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR Generalist experience, demonstrate strong leadership potential, and have a desire to grow with the management team of this healthcare facility.
