Interior Health has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Digital Citizen Support Clerk at the Kelowna Warehouse in Kelowna, BC.

Work Schedule

Days of work: Rotating, Days

Shift times: 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 11:00 to 19:00

Job Responsibilities

This position provides direct citizen support for Interior Health’s digital tools including, but not limited to:

• MyHealthPortal, a patient portal application which enables citizens to access their electronic health records and provides various virtual functionalities;
• Patient online booking tools, which allow citizens to book and manage appointments online;
• Technologies and applications supporting virtual care services, such as Zoom.

Application Requirements

Your application should include:

• A 5-minute typing test (45+ NWPM) from a recognized institution, completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted). Click here for testing details;
• Your Resume indicating two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
• A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (i.e., days of the week).
