About the Role :

Hive Media is seeking an Email Content Coordinator to join our team who will be the key content stakeholder for assigned brands within our Email Program.

As a key creator within the email team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging email content for the program, ensuring the content resonates with our audience, provides value, and aligns with brand standards.You will also establish a solid competitor intel structure for your owned brand.

As the content stakeholder for the owned brand, you will be imperative for ensuring proper product delivery and a key feedback stakeholder for other team members. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality content delivery and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement as well as collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet all content production and editing standards for all posts weekly submitted to owned brand - ensuring that content published meets email marketing output needs
  • Ensure content meets platform requirements for both guidelines and formatting to ensure content is multi-use and can be used company wide
  • Use of AI tools to support content production that matches the needs of email program.
  • Participate in team feedback sessions, including contributing statistics and data from your owned brand
  • Review all feedback and suggestions from team members, taking into account for your brand
  • Create engaging content including subject lines and headlines for each email daily that contribute to meeting company KPIs
  • Continuously add to and improve competitor intel sources for owned brand
  • Collaborate with team members from various departments across the organization.
  • Other Duties as required .

Skill Requirements :

  • New graduate with less than 2 years experience
  • Experience in digital publishing and email marketing is an asset to this role but not a requirement;
  • Experience with or willingness to learn email marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics dashboards;
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an attention to details such as spelling & grammar, fact checking, and brand voice across all content;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring content production deadlines in a fast paced environment;
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communications skills and the ability to both give and receive feedback;
  • An interest in food and related content focused on everyday kitchen tips and food hacks.
  • Comfort with AI tools to enhance efficiency, creatives, and research. Prior experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools considered an asset;
  • Proactive approach to competitive research and understanding industry trends to inform content strategy;
  • The ability to leverage your creative mindset while making data-driven customer centric decisions.
