From brilliant creatives to technology trailblazers across the globe, WBD offers career-defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, celebrated, and encouraged to thrive.

Position Overview

Your responsibilities include tracking and coordinating asset sourcing, prioritizing tasks, and handling deadlines. You will investigate process workflows to improve efficiency, increase creative opportunities, and maximize operational processes. Serving as the primary contact, you will identify and troubleshoot content sourcing issues, providing immediate solutions and developing sustainable long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with program distributors to ensure access to materials according to contractual and technical specifications for promotional and creative campaigns.
  • Maintain organized storage of promotional assets and supportive materials, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
  • Work closely with the Ancillary Content Servicing team to meet content deadlines.
  • Support fast turnaround content for social media platforms.
  • Alert business units, COEs, and tech teams when demand exceeds operational capacity and propose solutions.
  • Assess and address content delivery challenges, prioritize issues, and implement resolutions.
  • Identify bottlenecks through workflow reviews and suggest efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of tools for better asset categorization and visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows and identify innovative solutions, considering end-to-end processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience working in media companies.
  • Business acumen related to media operations.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Technical knowledge of media workflows and formats.
  • Understanding of postproduction workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Hungarian.
