ABOUT THIS TEAM

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Supports the Supervisor with daily administrative tasks for their assigned department
• Supports Supervisor with daily email communication to business partners
• Ensures system accuracy within their department (IBM, WMS, LMS)
• Provides regular and adhoc reporting to Floor Leads and Supervisor for their department
• Will be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate.
• Engages in training, team building, meetings, and personal development.
• Maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality, performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies.
• Keeps the warehouse clean and organized.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Manhattan and WMS
• Ability to communicate professionally with business stakeholders both written and verbally
• Ability to effectively listen and provide direction to hourly workforce
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to analyze reporting
• Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems)
• Excellent counting skills and detail focused
• Ability to meet attendance requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

This position is considered safety-sensitive. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE

Typical Hiring Range : $27.15 - $30.15 / hour, subject to minimum wage in the location

Total Target Base Pay Range : $28.51 - $31.66 / hour

Additional Shift Premiums : $1.00 - $1.00, depending on location
