Skills and Responsibilities:

• Experience in production support with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, SSIS, Java
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, ITIL
• Strong background in software development and maintenance to support business needs
• Ability to debug code and troubleshoot data issues
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer interaction skills
• Understanding of incident management lifecycle and SLA adherence
• Support server-side activities including deployment and administrative tasks
• Willing to work extended hours
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solver

Must Have:

• Experience with Markit EDM
• Proficiency in Dot Net
• Experience in Agile delivery framework
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, UrbanCode, GitHub
• Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow
• Understanding of Capital Market domain and financial services applications
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Skills in Python scripting
• Experience with PowerBI
• Familiarity with automation tools like IBM UrbanCode UCD
