Skills and Responsibilities:

• Experience in production support with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, SSIS, Java
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, ITIL
• Strong background in software development and maintenance to support business needs
• Ability to debug code and troubleshoot data issues
• Understanding of Incident Management lifecycle and SLA adherence
• Support for server-side activities, including deployment and admin tasks
• Willingness to work extended hours
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solver

Must Have:

• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, UrbanCode, GitHub
• Knowledge of Incident Management tools like ServiceNow
• Understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Services applications
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
