The role involves delivering pre-sales technical support, leading proof-of-concept deployments, and providing on-site installations. This position offers a competitive salary with commissions and requires travel across North America and internationally.
POSITION: Sales Engineer
REPORTS TO: VP of Global Sales
CLIENT BASE: B2B clients in access control, security tech, and infrastructure sectors across North America and internationally, integrators
SCOPE: Pre-sales technical lead supporting the global sales team; responsible for technical discovery, solution design, customer demos, POCs, field installation, and training. Acts as a key advisor for both internal and external stakeholders.
GEOGRAPHY: Based in Ontario, Canada (Kitchener/Waterloo area preferred) with global client coverage
TRAVEL: 30%–40%, including North America, Central & South America, and international markets
BASE: $120K-$150K = Commissions
