Detailed Job Description

1. 3+ years of experience in an Analyst, Product Manager, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma role.
2. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or PMP/CAPM accreditation is an asset.
3. Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct in-depth industry and company research using various sources, distill information succinctly, and review company supply chain information to develop detailed Excel-based supply chain models and analysis.
4. Self-Starter: ability to take initiative and work independently to enhance the organization's data maturity. Must be able to quickly learn the underlying data systems.
5. Communication: ability to prepare and clearly present/explain information for understanding by others; effective knowledge transfer. Fluency in German/Italian is an asset.
6. Prioritization: ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an organized and thoughtful manner.
7. Conceptual understanding of Supply Chain tools and systems.
8. Excellent understanding of IT systems, tools, data structures, and database architecture.
9. Must be an advanced user of Excel.
10. Knowledge of Python and SQL is an asset.
11. Experience developing BI systems (Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
12. Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or other cloud computing architectures is an asset.
