Holisticon Poland is a division within NEXER GROUP – a custom software development company. Established in Poland in 2017, we now have 180+ team members across Wrocław, Warsaw, and Cracow, with a presence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We collaborate with renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe.
We build our Growth Team as a cross-functional unit comprising (you) as the New Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Offering Innovation Manager, Content Specialist, other Sales Specialists, and Head of Growth. We work closely with the Delivery Team and Managing Director to develop sales channels, generate leads, conduct client discovery meetings, and negotiate contracts. You will have opportunities to work with various offerings within sectors such as Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, and Energy across Europe.
As the New Business Manager, your responsibilities include creating and executing lead generation strategies aligned with the ICP, prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. You will aim to become an expert in selected offerings and focus on hunting new projects that address customer pains and challenges. While there is a significant level of independence, the team and investment plans support your activities. You may need to adopt an entrepreneurial approach, stepping beyond traditional sales tasks to achieve goals. This role is suited for proactive, resourceful, and growth-oriented individuals.
