ERP Systems Analyst

This position is:

On-site - working all 5 days per week in the Office

We are looking for an ERP Systems Analyst with experience working with ERP systems, processes and users – specifically Financial and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with users to resolve usual, sometimes unusual, issues encountered in day-to-day operations of the ERP systems and have a keen interest in contributing to the evolution of our ERP environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support for all ERP users.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests.
• Work with users to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform in depth analysis and troubleshooting when required.
• Document and train users in existing and new processes.
• Plan and conduct training for new ERP employees.
• Maintain the general ledger chart of accounts and post journals prepared by the Finance team.
• Perform scheduled month-end processes and financial-period closes.
• Perform ERP System user administration.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Understand the ERP architecture to support and contribute to the evolution and integration of our ERP systems.
• Participate in ERP Systems projects to deliver upgrades, new functionality and security enhancements.
• Expectation of occasional after-hours overtime.
• Writing and updating process documentation.

Skills & qualifications:

• Relevant secondary training from a university or college is preferred, but increased experience will also be considered.
• Experience working with and/or supporting ERP related software in at least one of the following concentrations: Finance, Supply Chain, and/or IT.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Intermediate experience with Excel, including Pivots.
• Ability to juggle multiple requests and change gears quickly based on need assessment.
