Summary:
This role primarily supports our Lab operational teams using Epic Beaker AP/CP and Non-Epic lab systems. Responsibilities include providing innovative solutions to enhance functionality, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to optimize workflows and tools. The role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing new functionalities, as well as enhancing existing systems, with a focus on becoming an expert in Epic Beaker AP/CP and Non-Epic Lab workflows.
You will be expected to participate in a rotation for on-call support and respond effectively to requests, updating your team or manager on issues requiring escalation. While this position is remote, onsite presence across the state for go-lives and meetings is required.
The ideal candidate will have CLS/MT/MLT certifications, an understanding of laboratory workflows, basic knowledge of Epic Beaker AP/CP, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: CLS/MT/MLT and Epic Beaker AP/CP certification preferred.
Professional Experience Requirements: 2 years (Bachelor's), 4 years (Associate's), or 6 years (High School diploma) of IT or operational experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to internal customers.
