Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a talented storyteller who is fearless, possesses business acumen, and can engage with C-Level and VP-Level executives within target accounts. You have experience selling Enterprise Software Solutions, Martech, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics software. You understand how to evaluate a prospect's business challenges and present compelling use cases for the Resulticks omnichannel digital transformation platform. Subject matter expertise in sales automation tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Complete the Resulticks employee training program within the first 90 days, mastering our pitch, value proposition, competitive talk track, objection handling, and product demos.
  2. Maintain a high level of outreach activity via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to build a strong opportunity pipeline supporting the company's revenue goals.
  3. Generate BANT-qualified enterprise opportunities by setting appointments for calls and product demos with prospects on your target list.
  4. Manage deals with small to mid-size prospects from start to finish, with support from the Solutions Consulting team and the Head of Sales, North America.
  5. Keep detailed prospecting notes and accurate opportunity forecasts in the CRM, providing weekly pipeline analysis.
  6. Be highly skilled in CRM systems, sales funnel management, and product demonstration skills.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Social media savvy
  • Ability to discuss topics with Digital Marketing practitioners and IT professionals about omnichannel campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, data analytics, cybersecurity & privacy, database & system architecture, and cloud storage
