JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position Information

Location: Coquitlam Campus
Salary Range: $71,846 - $115,129 annually. Placement on the faculty salary scale is based on education, professional certification, and experience in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

WHAT IT TAKES

The role involves strategic planning, development, operations, liaison, evaluation, and quality assurance related to the BSN program's learning community. Responsibilities include student recruitment, retention, engagement, faculty development, policy development, stakeholder collaboration, scholarly activities, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have:

  • Current licensure with BCCNM
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (PhD preferred)
  • Minimum of five years of nursing practice experience
  • Recent teaching experience in nursing education
  • Experience in curriculum development and evaluation (asset)
  • Strong interpersonal, initiative, and communication skills
  • Evidence of scholarship and ongoing professional development
  • Ability to plan, evaluate, and manage multiple projects effectively
Additional Information

This position begins September 1, 2025, for an initial one-year term, with potential extension. It is based at the Coquitlam Campus, with seven sections of time release for the 2025-2026 academic year.
