Position: Fraud Specialist (Remote)

TSYS, a subsidiary of Global Payments, is seeking fraud specialists for a fully remote role. Training begins on October 7th, 2024, from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm EST. Your primary responsibility will be to review account activity for potential fraud, and if fraud is suspected, to contact cardholders to verify activity.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, 40 hours/week. We operate 24/7/365, and we will work with you to find a shift that suits your needs. This position is fully remote. The hourly rate is $18, with potential shift premiums based on hours and location.

Technical Requirements

A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds via Ethernet cable is required.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries regarding accounts.
  • Identify and investigate potential fraudulent activity.
  • Utilize internal systems to serve customers effectively.
  • Educate customers on policies related to chargebacks and fraud reporting.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve disputes.
  • Complete additional training as needed.
Candidate Profile

Requirements: 6-12 months of employment experience preferred; contact center or financial services experience is a plus. Bilingual in English and French. Eligible to work full-time in Canada. Available for rotational shifts, 24/7/365. High school diploma required. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
