Job description

TSB Homes is seeking a results-driven and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our home renovation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting consultations with homeowners, and guiding them through the sales process — from initial inquiry to project handoff. This role focuses on residential renovation projects, construction processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide clients through design and budget decisions. Additionally, a background in renovation sales, remodeling, or related construction services is preferred. The ideal candidate is organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to and manage inbound sales leads generated through marketing and local outreach
  • Schedule and conduct consultations with prospective clients (in-home or virtual)
  • Assess renovation needs and develop tailored project proposals
  • Clearly communicate renovation scopes, timelines, and budgets to clients
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners to drive conversions and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accurate project handoffs
  • Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (construction, renovation, or real estate industries preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to explain renovation services and project value with clarity and confidence
  • Basic knowledge of legal basement requirements in Ontario (or willingness to learn)
  • Proficiency in using digital tools including CRM software, email, and LinkedIn
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
