How you'll make an impact

This role specializes in providing in-person assistance to employee end users through technical expertise for hardware issues, management, and upgrades. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting a range of user problems involving PC hardware/software, LAN, and voice networks. The role involves diagnosing issues through discussions with users, coordinating with internal support and operations teams, or with vendors to resolve problems. You will acquire, install, and upgrade PC components and software, plan for/respond to service outages, and train users on new technology and software. You will supervise support-level employees, including offshore and/or contract resources. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Setting daily operational objectives and KPIs for your team.
  • Defining technical requirements.
  • Managing quality issues.
  • Handling routine problems and escalating when necessary.
  • Ensuring IT compliance policies and procedures are followed.
About you

Required:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
