Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in multi-location retail or consumer.
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Constant Contact, HubSpot.

  • Own and execute local studio marketing initiatives, including events and partnerships.
  • Manage agency partners for digital advertising, social media, SEO, and website CRO.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Marketing Leader to take ownership of our studio

and franchise marketing initiatives while helping shape our future marketing strategy. This is a

rare opportunity for a rising star marketer to make an immediate impact and grow into a senior

This individual will support corporate and franchise studios, focusing on member acquisition,

retention, referrals, and grassroots brand awareness. Working closely with the CEO,

Operations, franchisees, and studio leaders, this person will roll up their sleeves to execute

tactical marketing, while partnering with external agencies for digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute local studio marketing initiatives, including events, referral

programs, partnerships, and community engagement

  • Collaborate with studio teams to activate local marketing and ensure alignment with

brand positioning

  • Manage agency partners to maintain and optimize paid digital advertising, social

media, SEO, and website CRO

  • Develop loyalty and member recognition programs to drive retention and referrals.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, building dashboards and delivering

weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

  • Support franchise marketing enablement, including toolkits, playbooks, and local

marketing campaigns

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize the lead funnel and support
  • Contribute to brand storytelling through social / digital content development
  • Partner closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to align marketing with

business priorities

  • Build partnerships and campaigns with aligned local businesses and wellness

providers

  • Own the marketing tech stack and operations including managing the marketing

CRM (Active Campaign) and website (Webflow), and managing the syncing of systems

and data

About You

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in multi-location retail or consumer
  • Strong project management and execution skills—you get things done
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics and performance reporting
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and community-based marketing
  • Energetic, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
  • Ambitious—ready to grow into a Director / VP level role in the future
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Active Campaign, Constant Contact, HubSpot,

Zapier, and Webflow

  • Working knowledge and experience in CRM management, and marketing automation

and operations

  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with franchise or B2B2C marketing
  • Background in event marketing and / or grassroots marketing programs
