About The Role

The Outside Sales Representative will support Greywolf Equipment's growth by adding new business. Working closely with the Operations Manager and sales team, you will ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships with new customers, vendors, and partners, and act as a liaison between customers and our service teams/fleet. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively seek and develop new customer prospects using existing resources and networks under the guidance of the Operations Manager;
  2. Identify, qualify, and follow up on incoming requests;
  3. Build relationships and forecast equipment needs with leadership and service teams;
  4. Seek customer feedback and generate ideas to drive revenue;
  5. Analyze customer data to identify business opportunities;
  6. Understand customer needs to upsell and match products to projects.

You can build a new book of business through strong relationships and trust. You act as a communication channel between customers and Greywolf’s service team, always following through with opportunities. You thrive in a competitive, positive, and fun environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Rental Equipment/Construction;
  • 1-2 years in outside sales, focused on hunting for new business;
  • Driven, patient, and relationship-oriented;
  • Strong service-oriented approach;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and on the road;
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.
