Job description

The manager is the conductor of restaurant operations. As a manager, you will be responsible for managing operations, human resources, and customer service. You will serve as a resource for your employees and customers, ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed.

More specifically, the manager:
  1. Operations management:
    • Participate in daily operational tasks;
    • Monitor operating costs;
    • Take inventory and place orders;
    • Conduct control rounds;
    • Implement promotional activities;
    • Manage administrative tasks.
  2. Human Resource Management:
    • Manage the team (task distribution, performance evaluations, labor relations);
    • Ensure proper training of employees;
    • Manage weekly schedules;
    • Conduct recruitment processes;
    • Respond to customer complaints.
Qualifications:
  • Work experience in restaurant management;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Experience in customer relations (courtesy and diplomacy);
  • High school diploma completed;
  • DEP in cooking, catering, or hospitality (asset);
  • Team spirit, leadership, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills;
