Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Commercial Mid-Market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
  • Experience in the Transportation segment is a strong asset.

Job description

Our Commercial team in the Atlantic is hiring! As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Team Lead of Client Solutions, you will work directly with our commercial clients to deliver world-class customer service Gallagher is known for. This involves managing an existing portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle, handling policy changes, working on diverse accounts, and collaborating with insurers.

Hybrid (Agile) – Enjoy the benefits of remote work while collaborating in our offices located in Hartland, Fredericton, Dieppe, and Halifax.

How you'll make an impact
  1. Support a designated portfolio of Commercial Clientele, focusing on Transportation, leading business retention, and building strong customer relationships.
  2. Review accounts at renewal, place coverage, re-market when needed, and adhere to carrier binding authority.
  3. Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining quick turnaround times.
  4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working with Account Executives to secure client binding.
  5. Continuously update your insurance market knowledge, staying informed about new products and policy updates.

  5. Highly tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems and tools.
  6. 3 to 5 years of Commercial Mid-Market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
  7. Experience in the Transportation segment is a strong asset.
  8. Valid licensing (CAIB, CIP, CRM, or relevant certifications) and knowledge of EPIC are highly valued.
