What You Will Do

• Process inbound customer orders, service requests, and inquiries (80-120 calls per shift)
• Manage order processing inbox accurately and promptly
• Maintain excellent customer relations with courteous and prompt calls
• Use customer service software effectively while engaging with customers
• Ensure positive customer experiences through empathetic listening and questioning
• Apply problem-solving and interpersonal skills effectively
• Represent Ecolab’s mission to make the world cleaner, safer, and healthier

Work Schedule

Typically 40 hours / week, Monday to Friday, from 9 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm ET

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and French
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• No immigration sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma
• Experience in call center customer service, familiarity with SAP, CRM, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability and ability to prioritize workload
