What your day could look like :

The Bilingual Client Support Representative role will report into our Small Business team lead and is responsible for providing first class administrative support and customer service to our Small Business customers and partners.

This Includes

  • Fulfill requests related to opening / closing accounts, adding / removing signees, outbound calls to clients to request information required to meet the requirements to complete the action.
  • Prepare & send documentation via DocuSign for client review and signature.
  • Utilize multiple systems to verify completeness of information, input missing information as required to meet compliance and regulation requirements.
  • Review and amend customer information to ensure account accuracy
  • Working in a face-paced environment to achieve departmental service level goals.
  • Displaying a commitment towards teamwork and collaboration
  • Verify customer identity, assess risk levels, and conduct deeper reviews on high-risk accounts.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high pace environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in financial services industry is an advantage
