YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Organizational Development Specialist enhances the company's strategic direction by designing and delivering talent programs that build workforce capabilities, support succession planning, and promote knowledge transfer. This role drives employee growth, engagement, and retention by aligning development initiatives with business priorities. As a key link between the People & Communications team and broader organizational goals, the specialist fosters continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the organization remains competitive, agile, and future-ready. The Organizational Development Specialist actively integrates the People & Communications department charter and operating model into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, delivering an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align with KSPC’s strategic direction.

The preferred location of this position is the Bethune mine or Saskatoon Head Office. Flexible work arrangements may be considered.
