Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring four (4) Real Estate & Development Lead positions on a permanent basis on our Facilities Design & Development team. These positions are hybrid opportunities and can be based across Western Canada.
Real Estate & Development is continually changing and evolving. We are looking for people to be part of the team that will set up FCL and the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) for success into the future. If you are someone who problem solves, is proactive, and excels at communicating, we encourage you to apply!
You will work closely with external consulting experts, FCL leaders, and local Co-op leaders. You will report into the Senior Manager, Real Estate & Development on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and forward thinking.
We help local Co-ops serve their communities by providing support and leadership to food, pharmacy, liquor, and convenience stores, and by delivering quality products and exemplary customer service.
