Job Responsibilities :

1. Minimum 5 years work-related experience in an automotive environment.
2. Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3. Work static or rotating shifts as required.
4. Work in various locations within and outside the plant.
5. Demonstrates ability to work effectively within a team environment.
6. Good mathematical and communication skills.

8. Planning, budgets, and quotations.
9. Follow and comply with all Operational Procedures / Policies as stated in the Employee Handbook, Quality, and Environmental programs.
10. IATF16949 and ISO14001 adherence.
11. Must possess human relations, leadership skills, and maturity of judgment.
12. Physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
13. Attention to detail & team player.
14. Required to possess a mature, consistent attitude towards the responsibilities of the job.
15. Must have strong leadership skills, be able to lead by example when necessary, and promote a team approach to problem solving.
16. Must have sound knowledge of employment-related legislative requirements.
17. Must be self-motivated and skilled in developing and motivating employees.
18. Capable of working under pressure and with short project deadlines.
