We are inviting applications for a Temporary Educational Assistant at St. Michael Catholic Secondary School, Stratford.
The Educational Assistant supports students to positively impact their faith development, well-being, and education. The Educational Assistant assists students while fostering and enhancing an inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include providing support to students for their academic, behaviour, safety, medical, and physical needs. Educational assistants support students both individually and/or in a group setting. This position reports to the school Principal and works with the Special Education Resource Teacher (SERT) and classroom teacher. This temporary position will be available immediately until June 27, 2025, 35 hours per week, at St. Michael Secondary School in Stratford, Ontario. This assignment includes busing duties. The rate of pay is $25.65 per hour plus vacation pay.
