What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services while delivering expert customer experiences
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills
- A quiet, distraction-free home work environment with high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
