Job Description

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolves routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
  5. Offer additional products and/or services.
  6. Deliver excellent customer experiences with professionalism and a smile.
Qualifications
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience preferred.
  • Open availability and high school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
