We are seeking a candidate with a mixed skill set of Product Manager and Scrum Master to oversee an eCommerce Maintenance project for a leading North American retailer.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in prioritizing backlogs by collaborating with Business users across NA, EMEA, and APAC, as well as planning and running sprints according to capacity.

Mandatory Responsibilities:

1. Remove impediments to the team's progress and escalate issues as needed.
2. Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility by working with different business units across geographies.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
4. Work with development teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as this role involves working with Business users across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
6. Experience in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other industry-standard tools.
