As a full-time Windsor Co-Manager, you are the Store Manager's right hand. You support the team in driving our mission by achieving store productivity goals related to sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, fostering a culture of dignity and respect.

Qualifications
What you do :
  • Drive business success : As part of the sales team, you are responsible for driving sales and building brand loyalty through an omni-channel Oasis experience. You analyze KPI reports, interpret data into actionable behaviors, and develop business solutions to maximize efficiency and value.
  • Talent acquisition and retention : Support the Store Manager in recruiting the right talent, expanding your network, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience to support retention.
  • Operational excellence : Organize and plan meticulously to support payroll compliance, store operations, and customer experience, supported by report analysis and communication skills.
  • Leadership : Prioritize team training and development, lead by example, communicate effectively, and foster continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, and feedback.
  • Integrity : Uphold Windsor policies and procedures, demonstrating integrity in all actions.
  • Store presentation : Support the execution of merchandising directives, maintain a neat and compliant store environment, and make smart merchandising decisions.
  • Culture champion : Promote Windsor values, fostering a respectful, caring, and ownership-driven culture.

Physical Demands :

Frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, access all store areas, operate equipment, climb ladders, handle merchandise (up to 25 pounds), and work varied hours/days. Environment is fast-paced with indoor temperature variations.
