As an Assistant Product Manager Co-op, you’ll join the Digital Product Management team at PC Financial, supporting strategic initiatives that power the digital acquisition of our debit and credit products. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver best-in-class user experiences for millions of Canadians.

This is a learning-rich opportunity with strong mentorship, ideal for students with prior product experience looking to deepen their knowledge of real-world product development in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the product manager in day-to-day activities across the product development lifecycle
• Attend and contribute to sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and feature planning sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing
• Assist in writing user stories, defining epics, and keeping the backlog organized in JIRA
• Conduct market and product research to support hypothesis-driven product decisions
• Attend user research sessions and feedback interviews with product leadership
• Use Confluence and Figma to support documentation and design feedbacks
• Contribute to decks and documentation for stakeholder communication and updates
  
  

What You Bring

• 1+ prior co-op term in product management or related field
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and lean product development
• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Bonus: technical background or coursework in computer science, engineering, or data
• A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to ask questions
