The Opportunity

Grizzly Supplies is looking for a customer-service oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, BC . As the Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with our customers over the phone, receive and process orders from our hydraulic seal inventory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone
• Build and maintain relationships with our customers
• Identify customer needs and product opportunities
• Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and services requested
• Assist with administrative duties for the sales department as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with hydraulics and hydraulic seals is a strong asset
• Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Sales or Marketing is an asset
• Strong math skills with the ability to use or learn how to use measuring devices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and with others

The total compensation for this role is : $45,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Surrey, BC .
