- Days and Afternoon shifts, Monday - Friday;
- Hourly rate: $36.81 – $41.75 plus shift premium with incremental increases;

Main Duties :
- Perform repairs, develop and carry out preventative maintenance inspections, and follow preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime and costs, in compliance with HACCP, JSA’s, SOPs, and other requirements.
- Troubleshoot production lines, identify required spare parts, and order parts.
- Minimize machinery downtime through troubleshooting; respond urgently to on-floor calls and emergencies.
- Coordinate work schedules with departments and Maintenance & Production Supervisors.
- Act as liaison for contractors conducting repairs in the plant.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including daily time sheets, pre-operational forms, maintenance logs, temperature recordings, work orders, etc.
- Utilize skills in electrical work, PLC programming, refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, plumbing, fabricating, and other areas as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements :
- Electrician License is required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in food packaging equipment and industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, PLC technologies, and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of programmable controls and proficiency with computers.
- Additional Skilled Trade Licenses are an asset.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and work under pressure.
- Ability to work in conditions below 10˚C.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Environmental Standards at all times.
