- Analyze current business processes to identify possible efficiencies.
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP projects, processes, and monthly cycle.
- Ensure a smooth monthly demand forecast process and (also jointly) responsible for monitoring the forecast accuracy & bias with sales and constantly look for solutions and tools to improve the accuracy of the planning with sales, supply chain and operations.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in our supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical models, and drive actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, KPIs, and other key indicators.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Support the implementation of supply chain solutions, including technology upgrades, process changes, and vendor management.
- Provide training and support to supply chain teams on best practices, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Validate requirements by defining acceptance criteria and testing assumptions.
- Work with IT Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in their entirety.
- Help with end user setup, support, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in Power BI implementation, application and usage in form of various report
- Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business, operations and IT stakeholders
- Soft skills like analytical strength, collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualification
A bachelor’s degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Business / Supply Chain Management / Business Analytics
Vocational 8 – 10 years’ experience / bachelor's degree with 2 – 4 years’ experience in a comparable, relevant position
