Job description

If you’re a team-focused individual, explore this opportunity to join Village Media’s Client Services team!

The Client Services Coordinator supports the sales team by completing administrative tasks, assisting with the scheduling and posting of advertising, liaising with graphic designers throughout the ad production process, and helping to ensure the sales team’s efforts are maximized. Previous experience in the media industry is not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with and supporting the sales team in reviewing, monitoring and fulfilling advertising campaigns

  • Assisting with the administration and coordination of campaigns

  • Working with graphic designers to ensure ad creation process runs smoothly and ads are loaded and delivered on-schedule

  • Completing various office administration responsibilities

  • Connecting with clients for onboarding support

  • Handling multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Performing other duties and projects as directed by senior management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Superior attention to detail

  • Proficiency with technology and computer programs

  • Customer service focus with a high level of professionalism

  • Capable of working independently as well as with a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with shifting priorities

  • Confident in making quick decisions on a variety of projects

Generally, the hours of work are from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Ideally, we’d like you to work out of our Sault Ste. Marie office.
