Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Manager based in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing the top of the funnel and sales operations, and leading the sales development team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, developing SDR sequences, coaching SDRs to improve their lead-to-deal conversion ratio, and providing feedback to Marketing to enhance inbound activities. The role also involves regular communication with clients and team members to streamline sales processes and improve overall sales performance.
