You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships for our MyGroup and Express brands and products. As a Business Development Manager , you will expertly listen to and understand clients' needs and business challenges, conduct thorough situation analyses, and collaborate with our divisional teams to craft innovative solutions and set strategic targets for success.

Once here, you'll :

  • Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
  • Prospect new group partners as well as landlord and property manager partnerships
  • Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product / service requirements
  • Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
  • Participate in partner or public relations activities for all business
