What will be your daily pursuit?:
The Food & Beverage IT Applications Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining our applications for our restaurant groups in our Hospitality company. This role involves analyzing and communicating effectively with multiple regional restaurant groups and their associated F&B technical platforms and applications, primarily Oracle's Simphony platform. The role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our F&B applications and may include developing Simphony reports. The ideal candidate possesses a strong IT background with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

What will you do in this job?:
- Collaborate with our F&B teams across 30+ restaurants in Alaska, Montana, and Alberta.
- Support and manage service requests related to F&B applications, prioritizing revenue-impacting issues.
- Travel to restaurant locations to set up workstations and meet with F&B teams.
- Become an expert in F&B applications such as Simphony, Eigen, OpenTable, UberEats, xDine, and Craftable.
- Partner with regional directors to understand business processes, define requirements, and design solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
- Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Simphony or similar F&B applications; BS or BA in Computer Science or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of F&B inventory and reporting processes; experience with APIs is a plus.
- Documentation skills for technical specifications and troubleshooting guides.
