As a Claims Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.

Our insureds’ interests are our top priority. Our goal is to provide the best service in the business. When a loss occurs, our entire claims team is there to help. The Claims Manager Auto PD & Cargo ensures that their teams meet our high service standards. They are responsible for fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere in the workplace.

We want your talent!

If you are great at :

  • Communicating effectively with your team and achieving results
  • Advising others on effectively managing major commercial claims
  • Leading others, not just as a manager

You have :

  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
  • Completed or working towards their CIP designation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and casualty industry
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of claims leadership experience
  • Completion or working towards CIP / FCIP designation is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices related to claims settlement, policy wordings, insurance contracts, fraud investigations, serious losses, and coverage questions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
