Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world-class service to our valued consumers every day. This role involves educating consumers about our products, participating in in-store promotions and events, and supporting the store team in achieving company goals. What You'll Do

1. Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
2. Contribute proactively to creating a positive team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
3. Assist in various store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock management.
4. Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
5. Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
6. Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Table

1. Must be 16 years or older.
2. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance essential.
3. A desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.
4. Physical ability to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities, including:
