The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our CF Promenades St-Bruno location. Join our dynamic team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. The sales associate is responsible for providing excellent guest experiences and supporting the success of our store.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at the store level.
• Stay updated on our products and services.
• Engage with customers about culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
