Job description

We are looking for an eCommerce Content Specialist who is passionate about online commerce and has a strong sense of digital strategy. As a content expert, you will play a key role in managing, creating, and optimizing content on our eCommerce platform. You will work closely with the marketing team, UX/UI designers, graphic designers, and web integrators to define and implement impactful content strategies, ensuring the quality and relevance of content in both French and English. Responsibilities
  1. Create and coordinate content for the eCommerce platform.
  2. Guide go-to-market strategies based on marketing priorities.
  3. Write and optimize various content types in French and English.
  4. Coordinate and supervise visual content creation with the studio, ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Act as a liaison between the eCommerce, marketing teams, and the studio.
  6. Ensure complete briefs are transmitted to graphic designers.
  7. Participate in platform improvements and implement best practices.
  8. Manage projects in an organized manner.
  9. Supervise content quality control before publication.
  10. Develop persuasive and SEO-optimized brand pages.
  11. Collaborate with marketing to develop content strategies to increase conversions and enhance user experience.
  12. Stay updated on eCommerce trends and copywriting practices to propose innovative ideas.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, E-commerce, Public Relations, or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong adaptability and receptiveness to change.
  4. Ability to build good relationships across teams.
  5. Motivated and able to meet strict deadlines.
  6. Good prioritization and multitasking skills.
  7. Experience with CMS and Adobe XD is a plus.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Ability to work under pressure.
  10. Knowledge of the retail industry environment.
