The Business Analyst reports to the Vice President, Administration. The position is responsible for supporting the various administration functions through the identification and implementation of technical solutions. The incumbent will use their strong analytical and coding skills to provide technical support for RMA’s in house administration system. By liaising with Administration management, teammates and other stakeholders, the incumbent will perform process analysis, articulate solution requirements, and ensure final solutions are implemented successfully.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
