Our client, an established employer in Canada, is rolling out a major Core CRM implementation along with other Salesforce initiatives.

They’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can partner with stakeholders, project managers, architects, and delivery teams to shape scalable, user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This will be a 9 month contract to start - remote across Canada (PST hours)

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex processes into scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging standard features where possible.
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies—and help resolve them early.
• Support UAT, change management, and end-user training efforts.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on implementation projects.
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
