About the Role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team, reporting to the Assistant Controller . Key responsibilities include :

• Assist in preparing the monthly financial reporting package.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including updates to Floqast.
• Generate ad-hoc reports, including variance analysis against budget.
• Calculate, reconcile, and track SaaS revenue and percentage of completion revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits.
• Maintain internal controls and suggest improvements.
• Assist with customer billing and revenue reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts for irregularities.
• Prepare federal and state regulatory reports.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a CPA program or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of industry experience in a mid-sized organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
