Supervises and/or participates in all aspects of the Plumbing and Refrigeration trades related to construction, alteration, installation, renovation, maintenance, repair, and replacement within the MHC complex. Ensures responsibilities are performed efficiently and effectively, observing all safety measures, codes, regulations, and standards.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check. The candidate is responsible for any service charges. Checks are valid if obtained within six months prior to employment start date.
