We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team on a one-year, fixed-term contract. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company making a real impact in cybersecurity. The responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with global sales and external partner teams to create quotations and process sales orders
2. Monitoring and reporting on daily order fulfillment metrics
3. Ensuring timely and accurate CRM data updates, including de-duplication and merging
4. Assisting with lead management and reporting within CRM
5. Developing process workflow documentation

We offer flexible work options: team members in Ottawa can choose to work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setup. For those outside Ottawa, the role is remote.

Experience & skills we look for:

• 2+ years supporting global sales teams
• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Experience with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting software
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Drive to succeed and participate in a fast-paced company's growth
• French language skills are an asset
