About the Opportunity
We’re hiring on behalf of one of Canada’s most respected privately held success stories—a thriving organization operating across manufacturing, logistics, and integrated service lines. As they expand their technology capabilities, they’re seeking a Business Analyst who can thrive in ambiguity, translate complex needs into clear solutions, and drive meaningful operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how businesses work, where processes break down, and how technology can solve real-world problems. You’ll work across multiple lines of business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current states, identify pain points, and recommend systems improvements—especially across the Microsoft tech stack.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, logistics, finance, and plant management to understand workflows, capture business needs, and identify process gaps
Translate business needs into detailed technical and functional requirements for new systems, enhancements, and data flows
Support implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Business Central), Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and related enterprise applications
Facilitate workshops, conduct user interviews, and build strong working relationships with both business users and IT stakeholders
Create documentation, process maps, user stories, and training materials
Work with QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements through UAT and validation
Drive user adoption by supporting go-live activities, training, and post-deployment stabilization
Act as a thought partner—not just gathering requirements, but challenging assumptions and offering better ways of working
Who You Are
A strategic and systems-minded Business Analyst with strong business acumen and communication skills
Comfortable in ambiguity—able to ask the right questions, dig into root problems, and provide clarity
Naturally curious, collaborative, and solutions-oriented—able to translate user needs into business-optimized outcomes
Experienced in enterprise environments, ideally across manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics
Skilled with Microsoft solutions (Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Business Central, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) a strong asset
Familiar with Agile delivery and SDLC frameworks
Confident working with cross-functional teams, end users, and decision-makers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Experience supporting enterprise-wide implementations or enhancements, especially in a Microsoft environment
Power Platform or PMP certifications are a plus
Why This Role?
This is more than a typical BA role—it’s a chance to step into a collaborative, fast-evolving environment where your voice is valued, your insights shape business decisions, and your work drives visible impact across the organization.
