Client : Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (former MGCS)

Period : 10 months

Start Date : 2025-05-01

End Date : 2026-03-31

Working Hrs. : 7.25 Hrs. / day

Hybrid role - Candidate is required to come to the office 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days.

MUST HAVES :

• Experience with OPS design standards and systems, including enterprise products such as CXP.
• Understanding and working knowledge of iterative product development cycles (Discovery, Agile, Beta, Live).

Experience and Skill Set Requirements :

User-centered Content Design (30%)

• Designing content to meet user needs and simplify complex, technical language and processes.
• Discerning the right information in the right format for users.
• Robust experience in writing, editing, and publishing digital content.
• Using content management systems and content production processes.
• Writing in plain, clear language that is accessible and understandable.
• Expertise in content analysis, auditing, and copyediting to align with user needs.
• Possessing a designer's toolkit for content design challenges at various product development stages.
• Understanding government accessibility requirements and designing content with assistive technologies in mind.
• Using data, research, and evidence to review and improve content design iteratively.
• Applying content standards and style guidelines consistently.
• Understanding content lifecycle management and advocating for it among stakeholders.
• Contributing to content strategies and policies, creating content patterns or standards.
• Producing content concepts and prototypes through various methods, from sketches to clickable prototypes.
• Collaborating with UX and service designers in research and product design activities.
• Practicing ego-free design, being open to feedback, and supporting team collaboration.
• Utilizing pragmatic, thoughtful design approaches aligned with organizational needs.

Communications (20%)

• Strong skills in preparing research documentation, reports, reviews, and assessments.
• Clear and effective presentation of ideas and suggestions in a user-friendly manner.
• Communicating content design concepts and prototypes clearly.
• Engaging with technical and business experts to gather key information.
• High emotional intelligence to manage stakeholder interests and build consensus.
• Mentoring and coaching abilities to convey content design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Agile Product Development (15%)

• Experience working in agile, sprint-based environments.
• Understanding iterative development cycles.

• Experience with medium-to-large product/service design projects involving organizational complexity.

• Preparing documentation suitable for translation into other languages.
